Reservations Required. $35 deposit or payment in full due upon reservation. If making a deposit only, it will be deducted from your party total the day of your party. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to dublin@busybeesart.com. Canceled parties can be transferred to 1 new date within 3 months or applied as studio credit to be used within 3 months.
Party packages are charged at the rate of up to 10 kids (including the birthday child).
Party package prices are non-negotiable. We will create a custom package upon request for an additional fee. Contact dublin@busybeesart.com to discuss your needs.
Projects selected for the party must be completed during the party time.
Unused/unfinished pieces will not be released or refunded.
Balance due at the end of your party if you have not paid in full upon registration. Any additional guests must be paid for at the conclusion of the party.
You may bring in any non-alcoholic outside food and drink that you wish. Please remember your paper/food products.
You may also decorate the party room as you like, as long as the decorations are removed when you leave. No tape on the walls, or hanging things from the ceiling.
The host family is responsible for pick up and distribution of all party items. The studio does not store party items for pick up for individual children.
The party room is reserved for the time designated per package. Failure to leave the party room promptly will result in a forfeit of your $35 deposit.
If excessive time is used, the studio reserves the right to charge for additional party room time at the rate of $35 per hour.
